All I know that BlipTv offers iTuners to subscribe to your videos, but to be honest I have not looked more into that.
I think the “nofollow” part kicks ass big time. I have on website got indexed in less than 24 hours.

Hi - didn’t you just get a Sony Camcorder a few weeks ago? Any reason you’ve got a Panasonic now? I got a Sony too, in the same range as that one you had and haven’t been blown away by it so wondered why the change.

@Rob
I send the Sony camcorder back because:
1. Poor quality of the video. I think even with $600-$700 we are still getting entry level hard drive camcorder.
2. Hard to edit. Hard disc camcorders compress the video to MPEG (either mpeg2 or mpg4). This makes them very hard to edit, especially if you need to split them on a specific timeline.
If you have gotten a more expensive Sony camcorder you may be ok, but the one I used really did not produce a decent quality video.
The bottom line was that I wanted better quality video but did not want to spend more than I paid for Sony.

Rob,
On the other hand people are raving about Flip Camcorder. I think as long as you do not need to be heavy on the editing you still can use flash/hard drive camcorders.

Hi Vlad - Thanks for explaining. I actually got a cheaper Sony than the one you got. I’ve not used it much since I got it. I did notice it picked out some great detail at points, but then reacted very badly to natural light. I would be wanting to do quite a bit of editing, so I think I’ll be testing that soon having read your comments.

Hi Rob,
I personally wish I could have tried a few camcorders before purchasing. I was lucky enough to change my mind before Amazon return policy expired.
The other reason I went with MiniDV camera was that all the higher end camcorders they all use MiniDV.
There is of course downside with miniDV when it comes to transferring your videos to your computer. It takes as much time to transfer to you computer as it takes you to record the video. Also DV format takes a lot of space. A 5 minutes video can take about 1 GB of space in DV format.
Honestly I thing buying a car was much easier than buying a camcorder.

You’re quite welcome. As for your video, I definitely enjoyed it. I especially liked the Vlad vs. Vlad III The Impaler addition. That was great!
Video adds an additional element that really gets peoples’ attention and I think yours was done quite well.
I just started including audio with some of my posts and plan to add video as soon as I get a camcorder I like. Anyway, thanks for the visit!
Shine on,
Aaron
