My AdvoCare 24 Days Challenge

The numbers speak for themselves. I am not happy about my numbers. Have not been for quiet some time. The numbers I am referring to of course have to do with my weight. I took the below picture few days ago just for this post, and once I realized that the picture was out of focus, I decided to not take a different one. Out of focus to me represents a “distant memory” – and I want this number to be just that a “distant memory”.

At 6 feet and 3 inches tall, this number may not be alarming to most, but it is to me. Thinking back, and I mean way back, 20+ years back, the best I ever felt physically when I weighed about 195 pounds.

And so it took my wife a trip to NJ and a brief stop to see a friend of ours, to introduce me to an AdvoCare Distributor (thank you Kristine!), who in turn introduced me to AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge.

And so the challenge is on! Yesterday my package arrived, and I started my cleanse phase today.

So what is my goal? I would love my weight to get to, and be able to maintain at 195 pounds. It’s a little more than 30 pounds. If you have a success story with AdvoCare in general, or with AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge in particular please share your thoughts in the comments below.
